Please leave a detailed email including your order number, any designs/ideas for your case, and which device you have to ensure the proper size case (e.g., MacBook Air 13.5/ iPhone 12/AirPod Max/etc.) If you do not explain what design you want for your case, it would be a freestyle, and I have full control over the designs.
