Shipping goes through 2 steps: processing and shipping phase. The processing phase (takes up to 2-3 weeks) allows for orders to be shipped in since no products are kept on hand. After we receive your order it then enters the shipping phase so orders can be packaged and shipped out to your home ! The shipping phase can take between 1-5 business days and possible up to a week if any delays.

All shoes are available in woman's sizes (4-12). Most shoes come true to size but a quick look at the description will inform you on how the shoes run and if you should size up or down.

It's unfortunate that your order didn't come in as expected as we always aim for satisfaction for all customers. To help with that please send a email to shopsoft.help@gmail.com explaining your issue within 24 hours to get either an exchange or refund. After 24 hours, we will no longer be able to offer a refund. Please also refer to the Refund Business Policy for anymore additional help.
