Soft Treasure Boutique Business Policies 🎀:
At Soft Treasure Boutique, we aim to provide the best experience for our customers while shopping with us. Please understand that many of our items are sold on a pre-order basis. For any orders that may be needed as a gift/trip/special occasion/etc, we highly suggest that you order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure that your order arrives on time. Orders may experience delays, which we have no control over. Please note that our shipping and processing times are two different things and have two different meanings. Any issues regarding your order must be emailed to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. After 24 hours, we can no longer help with any problems with your order. ⏱️ Processing time ⏱️:
*We are a pre-order-based business. Our processing time takes between 2-3 weeks. All orders require 1-2 weeks for processing before they are shipped out to you.*
On-hand items: For items we have available on hand, the processing time takes 1 week. All items on hand may be shipped out before the 1-week processing time, resulting in faster delivery.
The processing time is because we order all products through our vendors, which takes time for delivery. As soon as orders are delivered to us, they are packaged up within 24-48 hours to be shipped to customers. We ship Monday through Friday.
Please understand that items may arrive earlier than our 2-3 week processing time and arrive up to a week earlier, but it's not guaranteed.
✈️ Shipping policy ✈️:
Shipping duration usually takes between 1-5 days. Once orders are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and details. All items are shipped through USPS. Once we have delivered your package to USPS, we are not responsible for your order. Please contact USPS for further information regarding any missing/damaged/stolen orders at 1(800)-275-8777
🏠 Address Change 🏠:
Please ensure that you've entered the correct address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Once shipping labels are created, we cannot go and change the address. If any orders are sent back due to incorrect address information, you will have to pay the reshipment fee to get them delivered to the correct address.

Please ensure that you enter the correct sizes and information because we do not offer returns/exchanges at this time under any circumstances.
